Regional User Groups are being organized by Banker’s Toolbox at the request of our users. These are free, voluntary, user-initiated and user-governed groups comprised of approximately 20+ institutions in various regions that utilize BAM. A regional group typically meets quarterly via conference call to share common ideas, stories, and advice with one another.
A BAM User’s Group (BUG) may also hold an annual physical meeting in a location that is easy and economical for the group to get to. Keeping the cost for the meeting low is a prime concern of the regional groups. For example, the most recent NE BUG regional meeting was only $150.00 per person to attend, which paid for a trainer and the Relationship Manager to attend. Banker’s Toolbox believes these events are important in order to help users with product training and information-sharing, as well as to continue to allow us to gather the information that helps enhance our products.
