Using a combination of up to 3 SMS text messages or email messages for each instance of wire activity, you have the ability to send brief text messages to a customer's cell phone, along with a simultaneous message in their email inbox with more detailed information.
SMS Text Notification
SMS text notification will send a text message through most major cell phone service providers. The message is limited to 135 characters, so the wire notification will be brief. Sample Text Notification Message: "You received 1 wire for Account XXXX1234 in the amount of $123,000.00 on Monday, November 24, 2008 from ABC Company."
Email Notification
Email Notifications are not limited to 135 characters in length. This means that all relevant wire fields will be included in an email notification:
- Your Institution Name
- Incoming/Outgoing wire notification
- Wire Date
- All wire information fields
