Tom Czerny Joins Banker’s
Toolbox, Inc. as Chief Development Officer
LOS ANGELES, December 12, 2005 –
Banker’s Toolbox, Inc., a provider of enterprise software

for community and regional banks, recently added Tom Czerny
as Chief Development Officer.
As CDO, Czerny is responsible for the
on-going product strategy and product definition, based on

Czerny brings more than 15 years of
banking industry experience to Banker’s Toolbox. In
addition, for more than eight years he managed a
Professional Services Organization at S1 Corp. (previously
Software Dynamics Inc.) where he developed and installed
branch automation systems. During this time he successfully
managed the implementation of more than 100 community and
regional institutions nationwide.
