Randi Schrott as Chief Operations Officer

institutions, welcomes Randi Schrott as our new Chief
Operations Officer.
Schrott brings more than 17 years of
financial software background. She has been responsible for
all aspects of the customer and product lifecycle from
Customer Support, Development of Standard Products and
leading a Professional Services organization. During her
career at Software Dynamics, Inc./S1 Corporation, she was
responsible for 200+ branch/call center implementations from
community and regional institutions, Credit Unions to
implementations of some of the top 100 banks.
As COO, Randi Schrott is
responsible for the implementation and development of
on-going product strategy and product definition, based on
market research and industry needs, enabling Banker's
Toolbox customers to optimize their banking operations.
