Banker’s Toolbox, Inc. Adds Jan Neil as Relationship Manager

LOS ANGELES, March 1, 2006 – Banker’s Toolbox, Inc., a provider of enterprise software solutions designed to increase operational efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction and enhance internal controls for community and regional banks, announced the addition of Jan Neil as Relationship Manager. As Relationship Manager, it is Neil’s responsibility as the PPOE (primary point of escalation) to act as an advocate and liaison for the Banker’s Toolbox’ customers.

Neil brings more than 11 years of senior level client services experience and high-level escalations for host and communications issues to her new position. While serving as the senior trainer for Harland Financial Services, Neil taught the EZTeller Certified Installer program as a technical track for employees, bank personnel and third party vendors.
