Dale Clark
Dale is the co-founder and former CEO of Easy Systems, a Bothell, WA-based banking software company that made its name specializing in teller automation. Easy Systems was founded in 1991 to develop and market the EZ Teller system software and components. By the time Easy Systems was sold to Harland in 2002, EZ Teller had become one of the most popular teller applications among community banks with a customer base of 800 banks. EZ Teller has now developed into one of the leading teller systems available today and is currently marketed on a nationwide basis with installations in a multitude of different operating environments.
Dale’s financial industry experience includes 23 years in banking in both community banks and large regional banks. When he is not serving on the Banker’s Toolbox advisory board, Dale is enjoying a fulfilling retired life in Park City, Utah.
Glenn Gottfried
Glenn is the CEO of CCS-Adplus, LLC , a marketing and collections information services company. Glenn's areas of expertise include marketing, product and business development, sales, business process transformation, information and technology management, and new business start-up. Prior to his position at CCS-Adplus, Glenn served as the President of Thomson TFP, a data, software and directory publishing firm serving the financial services industry. He led the transformation of TFP into a highly profitable, growth oriented, information and web-enabled solutions company. Prior to Thomson, Glenn held upper management positions with OMGEO and subsidiaries of the Chicago Stock Exchange among others.
In addition to Bankers Toolbox, Glenn serves on the Board of Directors for Visanow, Inc. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Vermont along with a Masters of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Glenn also earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Tom T. Shen
Tom is the founder of Software Dynamics, Incorporated, a West Hills, California company that developed teller and platform automation software since 1982. In 2001, Tom sold his company to S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE), a leading global provider to more than 4,000 banks, credit unions, and insurance providers of enterprise software solutions. He served as General Manager with S1 for 2 years, successfully transitioning and growing S1’s branch business by over 50%. He retired from S1 in September 2003.
Prior to joining the advisory board for Banker’s Toolbox, Tom served as an officer in the role of Executive Vice President at Digital Insight (NASDAQ:DGIN), an internet banking and payments provider. He oversaw operations and helped launch a family of industry-changing on-line services. In February 2007, Intuit Corporation (NASDAQ:INTU) acquired Digital Insight. Tom currently serves as board and advisory member of several private companies and organizations. He is married and has three children. He is active within his church, the Community Christian Alliance Church, where he contributes in teaching, mentoring, and growth group ministries.
